Baked Chicken Breasts

Ingredients

  • 8 chicken breast fillets
  • 8 slices swiss cheese
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • cup meltd butter
  • 2 cups stuffing mix

Method

Rinse chicken. Arrange in a 12" Dutch oven and place one slice of cheese on each piece. Spoon mixure of water and soup on top. Drizzle with butter and sprinkle with stuffing mix. Cover and bake in 350 degree coals for 1 1/2 hours or until done. Use 8-10 coals on bottom and 15-17 on top.
