Baked Corn Dogs

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ stick butter, melted
  • 8 jumbo hot dogs
  • 1 t chili powder
  • 2 t cumin
  • 2 t cayenne
  • green onions finley sliced

Method

In shallow dish mix corn muffin mix, milk, butter; batter should be thick. Dip hotdogs into batter then place in lightly greased Dutch Oven. Bake 400 degrees for 12-15 min. until brown.

*Instead of Jumbo hot dogs, you can use mini hotdogs, or vienna sausages for bite size.
