Baked Corn Dogs

Ingredients
- 2 boxes jiffy corn muffin mix
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ stick butter, melted
- 8 jumbo hot dogs
- 1 t chili powder
- 2 t cumin
- 2 t cayenne
- green onions finley sliced
Method
In shallow dish mix corn muffin mix, milk, butter; batter should be thick. Dip hotdogs into batter then place in lightly greased Dutch Oven. Bake 400 degrees for 12-15 min. until brown. *Instead of Jumbo hot dogs, you can use mini hotdogs, or vienna sausages for bite size. |
