Corn Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes Jiffey corn muffin mix - dry
  • 2 cans creamed corn
  • 2can s hole kernal corn - drained
  • 2 cups chedder cheese- save back 1/2 cup
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ stick butter - melted

Method

Mix all together, except 1/2 cup cheese
Put in greesed dutch oven
Bake about 375 deg. about 1hr. I start to check on it about 30 min into cooking, you want a DARK golden brown, It needs to be done, with a crunchey bottom, sides and top. Use fork to check middle. 10 min before serveing sprinkle remaining cheese on top. This feeds alot, good for Rondy-voo pot lucks, Thanksgiving, and Xmas.
