Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hot Italian sausage links, cut into 1/2" pieces
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • ½ onion, chopped
  • ½ cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cans beef broth
  • 1 can Italian stewed tomatoes
  • 4 ounces uncooked small shell pasta

Method

Spray Dutch Oven with cooking spray. Brown sausage in Dutch Oven and drain. Add carrots, onions and celery. Cook while stirring for 2 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients except pasta. Bring to a boil. Cover and cook for 5-6 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add pasta, return to a boil and cook another 5-10 minutes until pasta is tender.
