Method
Butterfly Chicken and pound with meat mallet to flatten. Mix together honey, mustard, mayonnaise and BBQ Sauce. Place chicken in Dutch Oven and cover with sauce. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until cooked through. Great when served over rice. 15 coals top 12 coals bottom (or 350 degrees) |
