Imperial Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken, cut up
  • 1 cup dry bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup parmesean cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • garlic powder to taste
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • cup melted butter

Method

Rinse chicken and pat dry. Combine bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, garlic powder, salt and pepper in bowl and mix. Dip chicken in butter adn coat with crumb mix. Arrange in Dutch oven and drizzle with remaining butter. Cover and cook for about one hour or until done. Serves six. Use 10 coals on bottom and 18 on top.
