Lemon Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2-4 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken tenders
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 Tbsp. oil (or just non-stick cooking spray)
  • ½ can lemonade concentrate
  • 3 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar

Method

Combine flour and salt in a bowl and grease Dutch Oven with oil. Coat chicken with flour mixture and place in Oven. Brown both sides. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl then pour over browned chicken. Cover and simmer 15-20 minutes until chicken is cooked through. Serve with rice.
