Mandarin Orange Pork Roast

Ingredients

  • 4 to 5 lb boneless Pork Roast
  • ½ cup Orange Jam, Jelly or Marmalade
  • 2 (8oz) Cans Mandarin Oranges

Method

Pour juice from oranges into bottom of Dutch Oven. Coat pork roast with Orange Jam. Cook for 3 hours (325 degrees) internal temperature should be 160 degrees. Garnish with Mandarin Orange slices.
