Method
Cream sugar and margarine together. Add eggs and stir. Add peaches and juice. In a sepearte bowl combine all the other ingredients. Add the dry mix to the wet mixture. Stir well. The batter will be very lumpy. Pour into a 14" greased Dutch oven and bake in 350 degree coals for 35-40 minutes or until top springs back when touched. Cool and serve with whipped cream. |
