Peach Oatmeal Crisp

Ingredients

  • 6 c. peeled, sliced peaches
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • Topping-
  • 1 c. oats
  • 1 c. flour
  • ½ c. brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ c. butter

Method

Combine peaches with lemon juice. Combine sugar and cornstarch; sprinkle over peaches and mix. Spread in Dutch Oven. Combine dry topping ingredients, cut in butter. Sprinkle over peaches. Bake at 325 for 40 minutes
