Raisin Bread Pudding

Ingredients

  • 8 slices cinnamon raisin bread
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup butter
  • ½ cup raisins
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Method

Mix all ingredients except bread in a bowl.
Tear bread into 1 inch squares and drop in D.O. preheated to 325 degrees.
Pour egg mixture over bread.
Cook for 45-50 minutes.
