Chicken Rub

Ingredients

  • cup paprika
  • ¼ cup fresh sage leaves
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • cup fresh rosemary
  • 3 tablespoons dry mustard
  • 2 tablespoons onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons ground dried basil
  • 2 tablespoons ground red pepper
  • 1 tablespoon ground black pepper

Method

Combine all ingredients. Apply to chicken heavily and massage into the meat 1/2 hour before grilling.
